I started Chaz’s training and nutritional program since May this year and still going. Before i started his program i was living a binge eating every weekend partying lifestyle not understanding the impacts my bad nutrition was having on my overall health . He has been an awesome coach with lots of encouragement throughout this journey. He has helped navigate my way towards a healthier and better way of living. He supplied the drive I lacked, until I developed it myself. I now have better knowledge about food/cooking options and have more strength that I didn’t know I had. Thank you Chaz!!

Prior to completing my 10 week block of strength programming with Chaz, I had very limited knowledge when it came to technique and programming itself. Not only did I improve on all my squat, deadlift and bench press by the end of the program, but I did so with a safer and more efficient form that I had prior to gaining Chaz’s help. My progress in the gym was beginning to stall and so was my motivation to go. That all changed when Chaz invited me to one of his Boxing sessions. He put some gloves on me and had me moving around while hitting some pads and before I knew it I was putting together a few combinations. It was so much fun but so taxing on the body I knew I had finally found a cardio workout that I could love. Boxing has turned into a bit of an addiction for me. I find myself going to the gym almost everyday now and almost all of my workouts will either begin or end with a boxing session. Cheers Chaz, you’re a legend!
